Info.

I believe that it is possible for family life and climbing to work together in synch, they don't need to be kept separate, although that being said, who doesn't enjoy a child free climbing day! When I fell pregnant I scoured the internet for information about climbing while pregnant or with children, and while I poured over Beth Rodden's blogs on climbing through her pregnancy, I was still hungry for more. I hope that this blog might help to satiate parents that are in the same situation I am and encourage them to share their advice and stories too.

Pregnancy, babies and family don't necessarily need to be a separate entity from climbing. This blog is a platform for me and anyone else who is interested to share stories and tips about the ever changing challenge of climbing and training with children. If you have a question or some advice/a story you would like to share please do get in touch, I need all the help I can get!
